Our standard timeline is 21–25 working days from order confirmation (including sample approval). Express orders can be delivered in 14–18 days at a 15% surcharge. Reorders of previously manufactured styles typically take 12–15 days.

Yes — all uniforms can be customised with your logo via embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, or name badge. Share your logo in vector format (AI/EPS/SVG) or high-res PNG when submitting your quote request.

Yes — sample approval is mandatory before bulk production begins. We create a physical sample (3–5 days) and send it for your inspection and sign-off before we scale up.

Yes — free pan-India delivery to all 28 states and 8 union territories. For enterprise clients with multiple branches, we can dispatch to up to 5 locations per order at no extra charge.

Standard terms are 50% advance + 50% before dispatch. Established clients can apply for Net 30 or Net 60 credit terms. We accept NEFT/RTGS, UPI, and cheque. Full GST-compliant invoicing is provided for all orders.

Absolutely. Many enterprise clients place a single order covering different uniform styles for different departments — front desk, housekeeping, security, F&B — with department-wise packaging and one consolidated invoice.

Report defective units within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free pickup and replacement at no cost. Our quality control process keeps defect rates extremely low — but when issues occur, we resolve them fast.
